Recipe: Boosted Mango Ginger Smoothie

Have you ever bought a cold-pressed juice and life gets in the way before you can drink it pre-expiration date? We feel you. While cold-pressed juices are delicious, nutritious and a direct source of goodness, sometimes getting through what you've brought home can be unexpectantly impossible. And we hate throwing the juice down the drain then. It's not only throwing your money away but it's a blatant waste.

Instead, why not freeze your nearly expired juice and re-work them into new recipes! (Genius, right?) 

This week we'll be working with Boost, our most pigmented and deeply vitamin-rich beet and kale based juice. Add a pop of juicy red to your smoothie with a few of these cubes.

Boost Ginger Mango Recipe Smoothie - Belmonte Raw

Prep

Divide up one bottle of Boost in an ice cube tray. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh or frozen Mango
  • 2 Knobs of freshly peeled Ginger
  • 4 Boost Ice Cubes

Instructions

Add in a blender and blend on high until the smoothie has reached your desired thickness.
